A fast growing public company in the Internet B2B space needed a world class financial operations executive to guide their significant growth.  This $1.5 billion market cap unified messaging company required candidates who had a technology business pedigree and a solid track record in public companies, start-ups, M&A, SOX compliance, auditing, IT and Asian expansion.  Our finalist had been a CFO for four major software and communications companies and one of the largest worldwide VC firms.
 
A major entertainment conglomerate was launching a mobile division and needed a Vice President who could oversee the launch of their product into the largest retailers in the U.S.  This executive was expected to be someone with deep relationships within the mobile carrier and handset community.  Our finalist ran the sales division for one of the two largest carriers and was instrumental in guiding the company's sales and distribution efforts to meet its first year objectives.
 
A $5 billion public company was searching for an SEC specialist to get its finance department into compliance immediately.  The company had been private for most of its existence and needed to tap capital markets for future growth with an expectation of doubling their sales within four years.  Our finalist had been a Partner with a Big-Four firm and had worked with five major public companies as an SEC Director in similar business sectors. Within five weeks, he was on the job.
 
A $5 billion market cap gaming company needed a Director to help strategize and plan their inventory for upcoming releases.  This position was newly created within the games industry and our client needed an executive with strong experience managing inventory for large publishers of entertainment content products, such as DVDs, but who also understood the games space.  We recruited the finalist from a leader in managing outsourced inventory for most gaming companies.  He was immediately able to guide the company to correctly manage their sales expectations.
